Frozen Goodies

Don't sleep on the frozen food section.  When you're too busy to cook a huge dinner, keep backup in your freezer ;).  I made some Teriyaki Chicken that was bought from BJ's.  The chicken is already cooked and literally took 10-15 minutes.  Not bad at all!

In the box are two packs of chicken and two packets of Teriyaki sauce.  I find that only one packet of sauce is good for both packs of chicken.

I added string beans and carrots to complete the meal.

Dinner is ready in about 20 minutes including rice. Go get you some box chicken! YUM!
